Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship from India to customers across the globe, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and many other international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and courier service coverage.


Order Processing

All orders are carefully inspected and prepared before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Horse saddles and certain riding accessories are considered oversized products and may require special packaging or handling.

In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply for particularly large or remote deliveries. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order for approval.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Equestire has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Equestire is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide a suitable resolution.
