Refund policy

At Equestire, we take pride in offering quality horse saddles and riding accessories designed for riders who value craftsmanship and performance. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make the return process as simple as possible.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.
  • Has not been ridden in or subjected to normal use.
  • Includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Is free from damage, excessive wear, dirt, hair, odors, or markings.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Product Name or SKU
  • Reason for the return (wrong size, damaged, defective, etc.)

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving an approved Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as Equestire is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Approved exchanges are generally shipped back to you without additional shipping charges when the exchange is the result of our error or a verified product defect.


Saddle Return Guidelines

To maintain the quality of our products for all customers, saddles must be returned in new and unused condition.

  • Saddles that have been ridden in, altered, customized, or marked in any way are not eligible for return.
  • We recommend placing a clean protective cloth or saddle pad between the saddle and horse when checking initial fit.
  • Minor signs of use, scratches, dirt, hair, or wear may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Horse Riding Accessories

Horse riding accessories, including stirrups, saddle pads, reins, breast collars, cinches, and similar products, may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, installation, or use are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Saddles that have been ridden in, altered, or marked.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such).
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
